Deloitte recently issued a firm directive to staff: stop uploading confidential data to public AI tools. On the surface, this looks like a setback for efficiency. In reality, it is a masterclass in operational maturity.

When you want to grow fast, your instinct is to push the gas pedal. However, speed without infrastructure is just a countdown to a crash.
